TRYOUT CLEARANCE PACKET

OREM, Utah—Head coach Mark Pope has announced that the men's basketball team will host open tryouts to full-time UVU students at 6:30 a.m. MT on the basketball courts in the Student Life and Wellness Center (SLWC) on Sept. 7.
 
Students hoping to participate in the tryout will need to have completed a medical physical before participating, and submit proof of the physical. Participants will need to meet all requirements found in the attached packet, which should be downloaded and filled out completely, and submitted it to the men's basketball offices in the UCCU Center, or to the athletic compliance offices in the Wolverine Service Center (WSC) by Sept. 3.

Students must be enrolled in 12 credits minimum to tryout, be academically eligible, and have current, valid health insurance.
