My Tickets

My Tickets is your personal online account manager, available from your desktop computer or anywhere you travel via a mobile device. Using My Tickets, you can view your tickets, take specific actions on your tickets, and present a barcoded ticket for entry into the venue.

My Tickets also includes features to allow you to edit your account settings and to maintain a list of friends.

The most common action is viewing your tickets digitally on the display of your mobile device for entry into the venue.

In addition, you can...

• buy tickets for single events.
• forward tickets to friends, allowing them to attend the event.
• use "My Tickets" features to manage account settings, such as adding or editing payment cards or changing your account password.

TICKET TYPES

Season Tickets

• Grants access to all regular-season home events for the specified sport.
• May include priority seating, parking privileges, or additional benefits.

Single-Event Tickets

• Valid for one (1) specified event only.
• May be purchased in advance or on the day of the event, subject to availability.

Session Tickets

• Provide admission to one (1) specific session of a multi-session event.
• Valid only for the designated date, time, and session printed on the ticket.
• Guests may be required to exit the venue at the end of the session unless holding a valid ticket for the next session.

Group Tickets

• Discounted rates available for groups of 10 or more guests to a single event.
• Must be purchased together in a single transaction. 

Student Tickets

• Available to currently enrolled UVU students with a valid UVU I.D. 
• Non-transferable.

Complimentary Tickets

• Issued at no cost for promotional, NCAA-compliant, or official purposes.
• Non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for value. 

Player Pass List Admissions

• In accordance with NCAA Bylaw 16, UVU student-athletes may request up to four (4) complimentary admissions for family and friends for each regular-season home event through the official Player Pass List.
• Non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for value.

Credentialed Access Passes

• Includes VIP, Working, Team, Internal, Media, Partner, and Guest credentials.
• Not a traditional ticket and may grant access to restricted zones.
• Non-transferable; must be displayed at all times inside the venue. 

VIP & Hospitality Tickets

• May include premium seating, club or suite access, and hospitality benefits. 
• Restrictions on resale and transfer may apply.

UVU Employees 

• Receive 50% off season Ticket packages and single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.
• Select the “Ticket Offer” ad on the ticket main page.
• Enter your UVU ID number as the “Offer Code” to receive your discount.

UVU Students

• Eligible to receive up to five (5) complimentary single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.

Groups of 10 or More Individuals

Children (Ages 5 & Under)

• Receive complimentary admission when accompanied by a paying adult.
• Must not occupy a separate seat.

Youth (Ages 6-17)

• Receive $2 off single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.
• Tickets must be purchased in person at the box office on game day.

Seniors (Age 65+)

• Receive $2 off single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.
• Tickets must be purchased in person at the box office on game day.

Military & First Responders

• Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders receive $2 off single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.
• Tickets must be purchased in person at the box office on game day.

UVU Alumni

• Receive 25% off single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game.
• Tickets must be purchased online.
• To access the discount, update your profile at the UVU Alumni website and watch for the monthly newsletter.

UVU Student-Athlete Alumni

• Receive one (1) complimentary single-game Ticket for each regular-season home game for the sport they played.
• Also receive 50% off Tickets for immediate family members attending with the alum.

PLAYER PASS LIST

• In accordance with NCAA Bylaw 16, UVU student-athletes may request up to four (4) complimentary admissions for family and friends for each regular-season home event through the official Player Pass List.
• Player Pass Lists requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event date and time via the designated method.
• Player Pass List admissions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold or exchanged.
• All guests receiving admission via the Player Pass List must present valid government-issued photo ID at the designated will call location.
• Use of Player Pass List privileges in violation of NCAA, UVU, or venue policies may result in loss of eligibility for the student-athlete and/or removal form the venue.
• Following each event, UVU will provide the Player Pass List submissions to the UVU Athletics Compliance Office.
• The UVU Athletics Compliance Office will periodically review the Player Pass List submissions to ensure that policy is being followed and will investigate any irregularities and potential violations.

Prospective Athletes

• Receive up to three (3) complimentary single-game Tickets for each regular-season home game for unofficial visits.
• These Tickets are available on an individual game basis. Tickets are not allowed during recruiting dead periods or for postseason events.

• In accordance with NCAA Bylaws 13.6 and 13.7.

ADA Accommodations

• For accommodations or equally effective alternative formats, contact the UCCU Center Ticket Office at least five (5) business days before the event. UVU will work in coordination with Accessibility Services to address your needs and provide appropriate accommodations.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

1. Parking Availability
   • Parking is available at UVU Athletics Venues on a first-come, first served basis.
   • Certain lots may be reserved for VIPs, media, teams, officials, staff, or permit holders.
   • Parking locations and availability vary by sport and Venue. Updated maps and details are available at GoUVU.com/tickets.
2. ADA Parking
   • Accessible parking is available in designated ADA spaces with a valid state-issued placard or license plate.
   • ADA spaces are located as close as possible to Venue entrances, subject to availability. 
   • Guests requiring ADA parking should arrive early to ensure access.
3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Zones
   • Designated drop-off and pick-up areas are located near Venue entrances. 
   • Guests using ride-share services, taxis, or private drop-offs must use these areas for safety and traffic flow. 
4. Tailgating
   • Tailgating is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with UVU tailgating policies, including restrictions on open flames, alcohol, and amplified sound. 
   • All tailgating areas must be cleared by the posted lot closure time. 
5. Public Transportation
   • UVU is accessible via transit services. Guests are encouraged to use public transportation to reduce congestion. 
   • Visit the UTA website for schedules and routes serving UVU.
6. Bicycles & Micromobility
   • Bicycle racks are available at select Venue entrances.
   • E-scooters and similar devices must be parked outside the Venue and may not be ridden inside pedestrian zones.
7. Parking Violations
   • Unauthorized parking in reserved, restricted, or ADA spaces may result in ticketing or towing at the owner’s expense. 
   • UVU is not responsible for damage to or theft of vehicles or personal belongings in parking areas. 

GAMEDAY BOX OFFICE

1. Hours of Operation
   • The UVU Athletics Gameday Box Office opens 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event and remains open through the end of halftime (or equivalent point in the event).
   • Hours may vary by sport, opponent, or Venue.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
   • Credit and debit cards are accepted.
   • Cash sales may be limited or unavailable.
3. Ticket Availability
   • All ticket sales are subject to availability. High-demand events may sell out in advance.
   • The Gameday Box Office does not guarantee ticket availability for walk-up purchases.
4. Will Call
   • Will Call opens with Gameday Box Office hours.
   • A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the ticket order is required for pickup.
   • Tickets will only be released to the original purchaser unless prior written authorization is provided.
5. Player Pass List
   • In accordance with NCAA Bylaw 16, UVU student-athletes may request up to four (4) complimentary admissions for family and friends for each regular-season home event through the official Player Pass List.

6. Pricing & Discounts
   • Gameday pricing may differ from advance sale pricing.
   • Online pricing may differ from Gameday Box Office pricing.
   • Certain discounts may only be available in advance or at specific sales locations. See Buyer Type Discounts for eligibility requirements.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
   • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except as outlined in the Ticket Use Terms & Conditions.
8. Prohibited Sales
   • The Gameday Box Office does not facilitate third-party resale transactions.
   • UVU reserves the right to deny ticket sales to individuals or groups engaging in excessive resale activity.
