
The UVU Athletics My Tickets User Guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing your UVU Athletics tickets through the My Tickets online account manager. Whether you are a first-time user or a returning account holder, this document will walk you through everything you need to know to securely buy, access, and manage your tickets.
By following the instructions in this guide, you will be able to:
- Create a new account or log in to an existing one
- View and access your tickets for entry
- Buy single-game tickets, season ticket packages, or special ticket offers
- Forward tickets to friends and recall forwarded tickets if needed
- Manage your account details, including profile information, payment methods, friends, and password settings

- First-Time Users – Create an Account
- Select “Sign Up.”
- Fill out the required information.
- Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- Select “Sign Up” to complete.
- Returning Users – Log In
- Enter your account information and select “Log In.”
- After signing up or logging in, you will be directed to the My Tickets home page.
- Select the menu icon (☰) in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select "My Account" to manage:
- User Profile: verify and update account details
- Payment Info: verify or add new payment methods
- Manage Friends: find or add friends
- Change Password: update your login credentials
My Tickets is your personal online account manager, accessible from a desktop computer or mobile device.
From the
My Tickets home page, you can:
- View tickets
- Buy tickets
- Forward tickets
- Recall tickets
- Edit your user profile
- Manage payment info
- Manage friends
- Change your password
- Access the My Tickets FAQ page
- Select “View Tickets” to see your ticket(s) or forward them to friends.
- Accessing a ticket generates its unique barcode.
- From this page, you can:
- Add the ticket to your mobile wallet
- Use the ticket for venue entry
- Select “Buy Tickets.”
- You will be directed to the Schedule page.
- Browse the Schedule.
- View all upcoming events and available ticket packages.
- Sort by date, date range, venue, or day.
- View special Ticket Offers.
- From the Schedule, select the event you wish to attend.
- A venue map will display all available sections.
- Select your preferred section.
- Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
- Select “Buy Seats.”
- Select your seat(s) and complete your purchase (see Select Your Seat and Complete Your Purchase below).
- From the Schedule, select the package you wish to buy.
- A venue map will display all available sections.
- Select your preferred section.
- Select the number of ticket packages you wish to purchase.
- Select “Buy Tickets.”
- Select your seat(s) and complete your purchase (see Select Your Seat and Complete Your Purchase below).
- From the Schedule, select the Ticket Offers ad.
- You will be directed to the Exclusive Offers page.
- Select the offer you qualify for.
- Enter your UVU I.D. # in the “Enter Offer Code” field and select “Submit."
- You will be directed to the Offer Schedule page.
- Sort the events/packages by date, date range, venue, or day.
- Select the event or package you wish to buy.
- Select your seat(s) and complete your purchase (see Select Your Seat and Complete Your Purchase below).
- Select your preferred section(s).
- Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase.
- Select “Buy Seats.”
- Select your Payment Method and Message Options.
- Review and agree to the purchase terms.
- Select “Place Order.”
- Select “Forward.”
- If you selected a specific ticket, only that ticket can be forwarded.
- If you selected “View Tickets,” you may forward multiple tickets at once.
- Select the ticket(s) you want to forward.
- Select “Choose Friend.”
- To find a saved friend: type their name in the “Find Friend” field.
- To add a new friend:
- Select “Add Friend.”
- Enter their information.
- Select “Create Friend.”
- After your friend is selected, select “Forward Tickets.”
Both you and your friend will receive an email confirming the ticket(s) have been forwarded.
- From the My Tickets home page, select the forwarded ticket.
- Forwarded tickets will display “Forwarded” and the name of the friend they were sent to.
- Select the ticket you want to recall, then choose “Recall.”
- Confirm by selecting “Recall Tickets.”
- To recall additional tickets:
- Select “Add More Tickets.”
- Repeat until all desired tickets are selected.
- Then select “Recall Tickets.”
Both you and your friend will receive an email confirming the ticket(s) have been recalled.
