Utah Valley State Hosts Montana

Orem, UT- The Utah Valley State men's basketball team plays its second Big Sky team in as many games when they play host to Montana on Monday at 7:05 p.m. The game can be heard live on 1400 KSTAR.

This is the second meeting between Montana and Utah Valley. The two teams met last year in Missoula with Montana coming out on top 75-59. Montana is the reigning Big Sky Champions and advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament last year by beating Nevada.

Montana is led by junior center Andrew Straight. He scored 20 points in the 83-42 season opening win over Montana State-Northern on Friday. Straight was also named to the CollegeInsider.com Mid-Major All-America squad.

Utah Valley is 1-0 and coming off a 69-37 victory over Montana State on Friday. Jordan Brady led the Wolverines with 14 points and seven rebounds. Ryan Toolson had 11 points and Chris Bailey and 10 points, five assists, two steals, two blocks and no turnovers.

Following Monday's game the Wolverines play at Cal-Berkley on Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. (mst). UV returns to the McKay Center on Saturday when they play host to Great Falls.
