Newark, New Jersey - Kayli Broadbent and Jessica Endres finished with 15 kills apiece as Utah Valley topped Columbia in four games (30-13, 23-30, 30-24, 30-25) at the NJIT Invitational on Friday. The Wolverines will play host NJIT at 5pm MT.
Endres hit .400 while Broadbent hit .343 while Camie Manwill also chipped in 12 kills and 13 digs for her 13th double-double of the season. Kristi Lindley also had a double-double with 48 assists and 10 digs while Allyce Wilson led all players with 19 digs.
Utah Valley out-hit Columbia .263 to .200 including a .519 hitting percentage in the opening game, a 30-13 win.
The Lions hit .414 in game two to even up the match before Utah Valley won the final two games to win its third straight match and improve to 8-5 on the season.
