OREM, Utah - The Utah Valley University women's volleyball team (2-7) returns home Tuesday to face in-state rival Weber State (8-5) at the Shurian Family Activity Center where the Wolverines have yet to lose a set in 2008.

The Wolverines are 3-5 against the Wildcats, but have never lost to them in Orem. Weber State got the best of Utah Valley in 2007 in Ogden, Utah in four sets, but UVU beat WSU in the previous two meetings between the two teams.

Sophomore Kayli Broadbent continues to be UVU's offensive standout, averaging 3.32 kills per set with 103 total kills on the season. She tallied nine kills at Utah State and 14 at Washington State, each in only three sets. Freshman Chelsey Garfield also has 212 swings this season with 66 kills as the Wolverines second leading attacker.

Defensively, junior Allyce Wilson averages 4.10 digs per game and has recorded 20 or more on three separate occasions this season, including twice in three-set matches. Junior Kristin Anderson dominates the net for Utah Valley with 45 total blocks this season and an average of 1.50 per set.

UVU will also host its alumni match Friday at 6 p.m. Fans are invited to come see Wolverines of the past and present compete at the Shurian Family Activity Center.
