Week 5 Notes
OREM, Utah - After playing three games in three consecutive days last week - including their Great West Conference opener - the Utah Valley Wolverines will take a break from league action when they host Southern Utah University Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Shurian Family Activity Center.
"There is so much of the game in which we need to improve," UVU volleyball coach Sam Atoa said. "That's what we continue to do in practice and in competition. As we continue to go through our conference schedule we still need to get better and that is what our focus is."
The T-Birds are 3-9 this season with wins over Delaware State, Texas-Pan American and IPFW.
SUU, which is 0-4 in true road games this season, enters on a two-game losing streak with road losses at Western Illinois and IUPUI last week.
