"UC Davis and San Francisco are good teams, and Davis' record is a bit misleading because of the caliber of teams they have played," head coach Cathy Nixon said. "Our girls have got some experience now and we are ready to go on the road."

San Francisco (3-1) opened their season with three consecutive wins at home against Columbia 70-65, Sonoma State 83-42 and CSU Monterey Bay 85-48. They were defeated on the road by UC Riverside 53-66. The Dons will see Nevada at home on Nov. 25 before their match up with Utah Valley. San Francisco currently stands fourth in the West Coast Conference.
