Live StatsOREM, Utah—The Utah Valley University men's basketball team will play its sixth of seven straight road games at Montana State Saturday night at Worthington Arena in Bozeman, Mont. Tip-off is set for 7:35 p.m. MT.

Montana State returns a pair of starters from the 2013-14 squad that finished 14-17 overall, 9-11 in league play, and missed the Big Sky Tournament. First-year head coach
Brian Fish incorporates four newcomers, all freshmen, into his 12-player roster. Fish enters his first season with the team after spending the past four seasons as an assistant coach Oregon.

The Bobcats enter Saturday's contest with a 2-5 overall mark. The team opened the season with a 0-5 record with all five losses coming on the road. The team then returned home to take two of three games at Worthington Arena, defeating UT Arlington and South Dakota Mines. Senior guard Michael Dison leads the team in scoring at 15.3 points per game. Sophomore guard Stephan Holm also averages double digits at 11.9 points a contest.

"Montana State is a very explosive offensive team," said Utah Valley head coach Dick Hunsaker. "They have a new coach and have implemented a new system. They have some terrific scorers and a lot of balance at each position."

Monday night's meeting between Utah Valley and Montana State marks the fifth time the two schools have met on the hardwood. The series is tied at two games apiece. Montana State took a 70-67 overtime win in Bozeman the last time the two teams met (12/29/08).

Donte Williams added 10 in the setback. Despite trailing by 14 points, 39-25, at halftime, Utah Valley battled back and cut the lead to just six points, 62-56, with 2:17 remaining. Zach Nelson was just one point and one rebound shy of his first double-double of the season.

Through six games this season, Bruneel leads the Wolverines in scoring at 13.3 points per contest.
Zach Nelson is leading the team in rebounding, pulling down 7.2 boards per game. Davis fronts the team in assists at 4.5 per game.
Saturday's game will tip off at 7:35 p.m. (MT) and will be broadcast live on 960 AM The Zone.
