UVU SET TO TAKE ON NEW MEXICO STATE ON SATURDAY NIGHT AT UCCU CENTER

- Utah Valley holds the second-longest active home win streak in the nation at 22 games. The Wolverines sit behind Houston (29) for the top spot. Buffalo is third at 19 games, while Murray State, Michigan, and Tennessee are tied with 18 in a row. Gonzaga is next at 17 home wins in a row.

- Utah Valley has won 12 of its last 16 games, including seven of its last nine. The Wolverines bounced back from a pair of road losses to defeat Seattle U, 88-78, on Saturday night and UTRGV, 82-61, on Thursday night. Conner Toolson scored a game-high 17 points and Jake Toolson added 16 to lead the Wolverines to the 82-61 win over UTRGV on Thursday night. Baylee Steele and TJ Washington were also in double figures with 12 and 10 points, respectively. Richard Harward tallied a career-high five blocks to go along with eight rebounds and seven points.

- Richard Harward was named WAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday for his performance against Seattle U last week. The sophomore center had a career night as he tallied career-high 12 points, including seven in the second half comeback, to go along with a career-high 15 rebounds in a career-high 24 minutes of play. His previous career highs were four points, six rebounds and 10 minutes. He knocked down a perfect 4-of-4 shots from the field which were also career highs in both field goals made and attempted. Harward also connected on 4-of-6 shots from the charity stripe, which were also career highs, dished out a career-high two assists and blocked one shot.

- Jake Toolson leads Utah Valley in scoring at 15.7 points per game, followed closely behind by Conner Toolson at 13.4 points a contest. The Toolson duo has scored nearly 40 percent of UVU's points this season. Jake has been impressive from the floor, shooting 58 percent (105-of-181), including a team-best 47.9 percent (34-of-71) clip from three-point range. He also leads UVU with an 90 percent (54-of-60) clip from the free throw line. Baylee Steele leads UVU on the boards, pulling down 6.7 rebounds a game, while TJ Washington leads the team in assists at 4.1 a game.

- Utah Valley ranks in the top-50 in five statistical team categories and two individual categories. The Wolverines rank 27th nationally in free throws made (300), 31st in field goal percentage (48.5), 34th in free throw attempts (415), 34th in three-point field goal percentage (38.2), and 37th in defensive rebounds per game (27.95). Jake Toolson holds the nation's 19th-ranked free throw percentage at 90 percent and is also ranked 49th in the country in total minutes at 637:01.

Saturday's game against New Mexico State will be broadcast live on UVUtv and the WAC Digital Network. UVU has also entered into a new partnership with KSLtv. The KSLtv app will be streaming all home UVU men's basketball games live. The game will also be streamed live through the GoUVU YouTube channel, and on the GoUVU Facebook page. Brandon Crow and Holton Hunsaker will be on the call. The game will also be broadcast over the radio waves as Jim McCulloch enters his ninth season as the voice of the Wolverines. ABOUT NEW MEXICO STATE
New Mexico State enters Saturday night's contest against the Wolverines with a 14-4 overall record and a 3-1 mark in WAC play. The team has won three straight since dropping its WAC opener at California Baptist on Jan. 3. The team has also won seven of its last nine. The preseason favorite to win the WAC title, New Mexico State has won eight of the 13 WAC tournaments it has played in, including four straight from 2012-15. Junior guard Terrell Brown leads this year's team in scoring at 11.3 points per game. Junior forward Ivan Aurrecoechea and junior guard AJ Harris also average double figures at 10.8 and 10.4 points per game, respectively. Senior forward Eli Chuha leads the team on the boards, pulling down 6.7 rebounds per game. As a team, New Mexico State is averaging 78.5 points per game, while limiting opponents to a 67.2 points per game average. The team holds a +7.5 average rebound margin over its opponents and averages 8.9 threes per game. The Aggies are coached by Chris Jans who is in his second season with the team. He holds a 42-10 record with the Aggies.
SERIES HISTORY VS. NM STATE
Utah Valley and New Mexico State meet up on the basketball hardwood for the 11th time on Saturday night. NM State holds an 7-3 all-time advantage in the series dating back to 2014. The two teams have split the regular season series in each of the last two seasons. Utah Valley is the only current WAC member to defeat the Aggies in each of the last two seasons and is the only team in the WAC to defeat the Aggies in Las Cruces. NM State holds an all-time 3-2 advantage in games played at the UCCU Center. The Wolverines defeated NM State, 88-79, in Orem last season.
