PROVO, Utah - The Utah Valley men's and women's track and field teams participated in the BYU Cougar I Invitational.
Zane Farrer and
Meg Walker each took first as the Wolverines had seven top-three finishers in spite of limited participants.

Farrer finished first in the 60m hurdles, finishing with a time of 8.22. In the heptathlon,
Neal Berkey took silver with a total of 5003 points and
Jacob Deming finished third with 4631 points.
Seth Krauss took second in the high jump, clearing a height of 2.07m. On the women's side, Walker and
Madison Clark took first and second in the pentathlon. Walker won with a final point total of 3139 while Clark finished with 3060 points. Kallie Given took third in the high jump, clearing 1.62m.

The Wolverines head north to Idaho State for the Stacy Dragila Invitational on Jan. 29, in Pocatello, Idaho. UVU will then participate in dual meets, traveling to Weber State and New Mexico on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 4-5.Â
