OREM, Utah — Utah Valley University wraps up its current four-game road swing on Saturday afternoon at Portland State. The game tips at 2 p.m. PT/3 p.m. MT and will air live on ESPN+.
The Wolverines (1-3) are led by Jaeden Brown's 10.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game while Shay Fano is averaging 7.3 points and 5.5 boards. UVU dropped its most recent contest, 55-44 at Weber State last Saturday. Brown finished with 13 points and nine rebounds in that game while Eleyana Tafisi added seven points and grabbed eight boards and Saige Gibb chipped in seven points off the bench.

The Wolverines return home to host Division I newcomer St. Thomas on Thursday, Dec. 1 at 6 p.m. in the UCCU Center. UVU will also play at Utah State on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. MT.
ABOUT PORTLAND STATE
Portland State is Utah Valley's second straight opponent out of the Big Sky Confefence with two more games against schools from the league left on the schedule. The Vikings are 2-2 early on, which includes an 80-73 overtime win at Seattle U last week. PSU lost by 10 at Boise State, 71-61, in its most recent action on Sunday.
Esmeralda Morales leads the Vikings at 16.8 points per game and has played all but three minutes through the team's first four games. Utah Valley holds a 4-3 series lead all-time and defeated PSU, 62-43, last season in Orem. UVU is 1-2 in Portland all-time.
