OREMÂ -Â The Utah Valley women's track and field team took first and the men's team finished third at the UVU Collegiate Invitational. The Wolverines finished with a collective second-place finish as
Aaron Johnson and
Cameron Franklin each took first and
Larissa Dabb and
Elizabeth Zwahlen had runner-up finishes.

Dabb took second in the 400m, finishing with a time of 55.60, while
Elizabeth Zwahlen finished second in the 3000m with a time of 10:14.69. The 4x400 team also finished in second, completing the relay in 3:51.53.
Maggie Zwahlen came in third in the 5000m, finishing with a time of 17:47.79.
Kallie Given finished third in the high jump, clearing a height of 1.65m, while
Sarah Carillo took third in the shot put with a throw of 13.77m.

Johnson won the long jump with a distance of 7.66m while Franklin took first in the 400m with a time of 47.53. The 4x400 team took gold with a time of 3:12.91 while
Jacob Egan finished second in the 1500m with a time of 3:57.06.
Dylan Clements took second in the triple jump with a distance of 12.85m while
Porter Westerlind cleared a height of 4.95m in the pole vault to finish second.

The 4x100 team took second, finishing the relay with a time of 42.42.
Isaiah Gerald finished third in the 110m hurdles with a time of 15.34 while
Jordan Daw finished third in the 100m with a time of 11.13.
Zane Farrer also took third in the 400m hurdles, finished with a time of 55.16.

The Wolverines head north for a pair of meets, traveling to Weber State on Friday, April 8, for the Weber State Spring Open, and to Utah for the Utah Spring Classic on Saturday, April 9. UVU then heads to Azuza Pacific, Mt. Saint College, and Long Beach State on Wednesday, April 13, through Saturday, April 16, for three overlapping meets.
