Tahj Small has signed a professional overseas contract with BC Copenhagen in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Trey Woodbury as players from last season's WAC championship team to sign a professional contract.Â

"I'm grateful for my time at Utah Valley," said Small. "I thankful for the coaching staff and my teammates. It was a great experience."

BC Copenhagen plays in the BasketLigaen in Denmark. The team was founded in 1958 and holds four Danish First Division regular season championships. The team last won a regular season title in 2015.Â

Small played 35 games for the Wolverines last season, averaging 5.1 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per game. He shot 40 percent from the field and 80.5 percent from the free throw line. He scored a season-high 19 points in an 80-64 win over Sam Houston.Â

Small helped Utah Valley to a historic and record-breaking season in 2022-23. He helped the Wolverines win a school-record 28 games and make a run to the semifinals of the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) with wins over New Mexico, Colorado, and Cincinnati.Â
