• Utah Valley will wrap up a three game homestand on Saturday as the Wolverines host Abilene Christian at the UCCU Center. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
   
• Ethan Potter scored a career-high 19 points and matched a career-high with eight rebounds to lead Utah Valley in a 72-61 setback to Tarleton State on Thursday night at the UCCU Center. Potter knocked down 7 of 11 shots from the field and connected on 5 of 6 shots at the free throw line for his career-high 19 points.
   
• Utah Valley Will play four of its next six games in the comfy confines of the UCCU Center where the team holds a 7-3 record this season. Utah Valley has suffered just four losses over the last two seasons at the  UCCU Center. The Wolverines have won 23 of their last 27 games at home.
   
• Utah Valley has used seven different starting lineups this season. The Wolverines have used a starting lineup that includes two freshmen with Tanner Toolson and Osiris Grady five times this season.
   
• Trevin Dorius recorded a career-high five blocks in Saturday's loss to WAC leader Grand Canyon. Dorius ranks tied for fourth in the WAC in blocks at 1.61 swats per game. Dorius also had four blocks in Thursday night's loss to Tarleton State. He has nine blocks in his last two games. 
   
• Drake Allen dished out a career-high 11 assists at Stephen F. Austin on Feb. 1. The 11 assists tie him for the fifth most ever recorded in a single game in UVU history. Allen and Jaden McClanahan (10 assists vs. Carroll College) are two of just three players in the WAC this season to dish out 10 or more assists in a single game.
   
• As a team, Utah Valley leads the WAC in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.14. Drake Allen ranks second in the WAC in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.88. UVU also ranks second in assists per game at 14.43. Trevin Dorius ranks tied for sixth in the WAC in rebounding at 7.13 boards a game. Dorius is also tied for third in offensive boards per game at 2.83.

Saturday's game against Abilene Christian will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Brandon Crow and Josh Kallunki will be on the call for the ESPN+ broadcast. The game will also be broadcast over the air waves in Utah County with Jim McCulloch and Brice Larson on the call. The radio broadcast will be aired live on ESPN 960 AM radio with a live stream available at ESPN960sports.com. Larson will host the pregame/halftime/postgame show for the game on ESPN 960 AM.

Abilene Christian enters Saturday's game with an 8-14 overall record and a 3-8 mark in WAC play. The Wildcats hold a 1-8 record on the road this season. ACU has dropped three straight, including a 75-52 setback at Seattle U on Thursday night. Sophomore guard JV Seat came off the bench to lead the Wildcats with nine points in the loss to the Redhawks. Senior forward Airion Simmons pulled down a team-high eight rebounds with three points. Junior guard Ali Abdou Dibba leads the team in scoring this season at 15.0 points per game. Simmons and senior guard Hunter Jack Madden also average double figures at 13.6 and 11.9 points per game. Simmons leads the team on the boards, pulling down 6.6 rebounds per game. The Wildcats ranks 18th nationally in turnovers forced per game at 15.55 per game. The team also ranks 21st in the country in free throw attempts per game (23.7) and 22nd in free throws made per game (17.0). ACU averages 73.8 points per game while allowing opponents a 75.4 points per game average. 

SERIES HISTORY VS. THE WILDCATS
Utah Valley and Abilene Christian will meet for the fifth time on the basketball hardwood with the series tied 2-2. Utah Valley has won two straight games over the Wildcats, taking both games in last season's two-game series. Utah Valley holds a 1-1 record against the Wildcats in games played in Orem. UVU won the last matchup between the two teams, taking a 66-62 win at Moody Coliseum in Abilene, Texas on Feb. 25, 2023.
