OREM, Utah – Utah Valley women's volleyball returns home to wrap up the 2025 home schedule. The Wolverines will host Southern Utah on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 6 p.m. MT inside Lockhart Arena before welcoming California Baptist on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 1 p.m. MT.
Before Saturday's match, Utah Valley will honor five seniors who will be playing their final game inside Lockhart Arena:
Alyssa Erickson,
Avery Page,
Natalie Riggs,
Bella Wooden, and
Steliyana Chakarova.

LAST TIME OUT
The Wolverines moved into first place with their fourth straight sweep of a WAC opponent on Saturday, defeating Utah Tech in the Old Hammer Rivalry. Page led the way with 15 kills and seven total blocks as UVU outblocked the Trailblazers 13-6. Wooden added seven blocks, and
Alyvia Jaffa had six. Offensively,
Sami Blackett contributed 11 kills and six digs. Setters
Evalyn Chism and Riggs combined for 37 assists, helping the Wolverines total 47 kills in the match.
SCOUTING THE THUNDERBIRDS
Southern Utah faces Utah Valley for the second time in three matches and enters the week 2-16 overall and 1-6 in the WAC. The Thunderbirds are winless away from Cedar City and are led by Victoria Zibecchi, who has 164 kills this season and averages just over two per set. She led SUU with eight kills in the first meeting, while Kaitlyn Hoelker added six. Amaya Tobias tallied 11 kills, six blocks and two aces in SUU's most recent match against Abilene Christian.
SCOUTING THE LANCERS
California Baptist enters the weekend 6-14 overall and 2-6 in WAC play under first-year head coach and alum Trevor Johnson. Emery DeJong has been the catalyst of the offense this season with 253 kills, averaging 3.33 per set. She was limited to six kills in the first meeting between the teams, but Olivia Melton stepped up with a team-high 10.
PAGE NAMED WAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Avery Page earned her fourth career WAC Player of the Week honor after her performance against Utah Tech. She was recognized before the match for scoring her 1,500th career point and now ranks fifth all-time with 1,519.
