STEPHENVILLE, Texas — The Utah Valley women's soccer team closes out the regular season Sunday afternoon at Tarleton State following Thursday's 4–1 championship-clinching win at Abilene Christian. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. MT / 12 p.m. CT at the Tarleton Soccer Complex in Stephenville, Texas, with live coverage on ESPN+.
The Wolverines (12–4–2, 8–0–1 WAC) have already secured their fourth straight WAC regular-season title and will enter next week's WAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed. Head coach Chris Lemay, who earned his 100th career victory with Thursday's win, has guided UVU to a 31-match WAC regular-season unbeaten streak spanning more than three years. The Wolverines have outscored league opponents 40–7 this season and continue to rank among the nation's elite offenses, sitting top-five nationally in scoring offense (3.17 gpg), total goals (57), total points (172), and total assists (58).
Graduate forward Faith Webber, the reigning TopDrawerSoccer National Player of the Week, scored her 17th goal of the season at Abilene Christian and now ranks No. 3 nationally in total goals. Senior Ruby Hladek has added 14 goals and nine assists, while junior Nixan Jackson shares the WAC lead in assists (9). Goalkeeper Leah Wolf owns an 8–1–1 record with a .773 save percentage and four combined shutouts.
Tarleton State (7–6–6, 1–4–4 WAC) enters its regular-season finale unbeaten in its last four (1–0–3) after a scoreless home draw with California Baptist. Senior forward Stevie Reynolds leads the Texans with nine goals and five assists, while goalkeeper Emma Barnes ranks among the WAC leaders in goals-against average (0.83) and save percentage (.862). Tarleton ranks second in the WAC defensively, allowing just 1.2 goals per game.
Utah Valley leads the all-time series 4–0–0, including a 5–0 win earlier this season in Orem. The Wolverines have outscored the Texans 19–3 across four meetings.
