OREM — Utah Valley University standout Dane Huddleston has been named to the 2025 NCAA Division I PING All-West Region Team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
Huddleston is one of just 26 players from the West Region selected for the honor, joining some of the top collegiate golfers from programs such as Arizona State, UCLA, Oregon, BYU, and Utah. In total, golfers from 82 schools across six regions received all-region recognition.
The PING All-Region honor is the latest accolade in what has been a record-breaking season for Huddleston. The sophomore from Woodland, Washington, captured a school-record five individual titles during the 2024-25 campaign, including a dramatic playoff win at the WAC Championship. His five victories this season tied for the fourth-most in NCAA history and helped him become the first player in program history to earn WAC Golfer of the Year honors.
Huddleston capped off his season with a top-five finish at the NCAA Reno Regional, firing a final-round 69 to tie for fifth at 5-under-par—just one stroke shy of advancing to the NCAA Championship as an individual.
