FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Ty Brady shot a final-round 2-over-par 72 on Friday to record the best finish of his collegiate career, placing third on the 92-player leaderboard at the Ram Masters Invitational with a three-round 2-under-par 208 (68-68-72) at Fort Collins Country Club.
As a team, Utah Valley carded a final-round 1-over-par 281 to finish alone in fourth place on the 16-team leaderboard with a three-round score of 13-over-par 853 (284-288-281).
Brady's final-round 72 included one birdie and 14 pars. He finished just two strokes behind runner-up Matthew Wilson of Tulsa. San Francisco's Nils Svanberg claimed the individual title at 8-under-par 202.
KJ Ofahengaue also recorded a top-10 finish, firing a final-round 1-under-par 69 to tie for seventh at 1-over-par 211 (73-69-69).
Tyler Ewell carded an even-par 70 in the final round to finish tied for 28th with a three-round 7-over-par 217 (73-74-70).
Isaiah Ellis shot a final-round 1-over-par 71 to finish tied for 47th at 10-over-par 220 (72-77-71).
Dylan Winona also finished tied for 47th after carding a final-round 1-over-par 71 to finish at 10-over-par 220 (71-78-71).
Utah Valley will continue its fall schedule in the state of Colorado as the Wolverines travel to Colorado Springs for the Gene Miranda Invitational, Sept. 19-21, at Eisenhower Golf Course.
