Redshirt Freshman (2024-2025) ... finished the season 7-3 and 1-0 in duals … took third place at the Menlo Invite with a 3-1 record … he defeated Cal Poly’s Joe Buck in sudden victory to advance to the finals … earned his first dual victory over Duke’s David Hussey by decision 10-4 … finished 3-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions … earned one pin, one major and five decisions during the season.  

Redshirt (2023-2024): finished 16-6 while wrestling unattached … placed fifth at the Mines Rookie Open with a 4-1 record … recorded his four victories all by tech fall … won the Spokane Open while outscoring his opponents 36-4 … went 2-2 at the Reno Tournament of Champions … had a 3-1 record at the Western States Open … competed at the Cowboy Shootout finishing with a 3-2 record … led UVU with nine tech falls on the year.

Before Utah Valley … wrestled at Payson High School in Payson, Utah … was a three-time high school All-American … placed three times at the UHSAA tournament … was the 2023 5A 157 state champion … finished fourth in 2022 … team won the 2021 UHSAA state championship …  won the championship at the Layton Invitation Tournament one of the most prestigious tournaments in Utah.
 
Personal …  hometown in Santaquin, Utah … also played football in high school … parents are Shane and Janet Frank … has three siblings (Connor, Tyler, and Jessica) … favorite hobbies are hunting, going to the gym, and being in the mountains.
