Utah Valley University Athletics

Freshman (2024-2025) ... finished his redshirt season with a 9-5 record and 5-1 against Big 12 foes … earned his first D1 victory over California Baptist’s David Alonso at the Reno TOC … finished 2-2 at the Reno TOC, but did not place … also wrestled at the Cyclone Open going 3-2 and Cowboy Shootout where he finished 3-0 to win the 174 weight class … recorded one pin, one tech fall, one major decision and six decisions.  

Before Utah Valley … competed at Meridian High School in Meridian, Idaho … was a multiple Fargo All-American … two time Idaho State Champion … won a pair of Folkstyle Nationals Championships … helped his team four high school team titles … wrestled for Team Idaho and the Fighting Squirrels Wrestling Club.
 
Personal … hometown is Gooding, Idaho … parents are Lyle and Lucinda Rogers … has two siblings (Owen and Olivia) … is an Eagle Scout … was a member of the National Honor Society … enjoys haning out with friends, boating, snowboarding, and playing games.
