Ran one season of indoor track at Salt Lake CC, earning first team All-American honors with a 4th place finish in the mile … prepped at Louis D. Brandeis HS in San Antonio … as a senior in XC, was District champion and took 4th place at Regionals … advanced to State meet three out of four seasons … took home the individual and team title at the Islander Splash Invite … in HS track, personal bests were 1:53 in the 800m, 4:15 in the mile, and 9:12 in the 3000m.
