Cross Country: Competed in seven meets … took 57th at Mountain Regionals and 12th at WAC Championships … best placement was 6th place finish at Beehive Invitational … named Academic All-WAC.
Indoor: Competed in five meets … WAC Champion in both the 3000m and 5000m, earning Outstanding Track Athlete honors … ran a PR of 8:16.61 to win 3000m title … also set PR of 13:53.51 in the 5000m at Husky Classic, ranking third all-time … named Academic All-WAC.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets … WAC runner-up in the 5000m and 10,000m … named Academic All-WAC.

PRIOR TO UTAH VALLEY …
Ran the last two seasons at Salt Lake CC … is a seven-time NJCAA All-American … helped lead SLCC to an NJCAA XC national title … spent redshirt season at BYU in 2022-23 … prepped at Grantsville HS, where he holds the school 800m, 1600m, and 3200m records and earned two Utah state XC championships.

Parents are Maria and Michael Whitworth … married his wife, Joelle, in 2022 … served two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wichita, Kansas … is currently working towards his Master’s in Applied AI.
