JUNIOR ~ (2009): Competed in five of the six races for UVU on the season ... placed 16th overall at the GWC Cross Country Championships at famed Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, N.Y. with a time of 27:08.3 and helped his team win their first conference championship ... finished in 14th place at SUU[apos]s Color Country Invitational in Cedar City as he posted a time of 26:33.4 (8K).

SOPHOMORE ~ (2008): A 2008 men[apos]s team captain ... named a Perry Homes Utah Valley Scholar Athlete of the month for September and maintains a cumulative 3.82 GPA ... named to the 2008 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... a member of the Great West Conference First Team All-Conference as he finished fifth overall at the GWC Championships in Orem, Utah (26:05.80 - 8K) ... competed in all six events on the season and was the Wolverines top finisher in two of the meets, the BYU Autumn Classic and the Montana State Invitational, and the second finisher in the other four ... finished in 12th place overall at the BYU Autumn Classic (21:48.80 - 7K) ... placed 10th overall at the Montana State Invitational (25:05.00 - 5 mile) ... finished fourth overall at the UVU Invitational (15:58.20 - 5K) ... placed fifth overall at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City, Utah (26:04.00 - 8K) ... placed seventh overall at the Idaho State Invitational (19:38.38 - 6K).

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Mountain View High School ... high school team won the high school nationals in 2002 in cross country ... team was three-time cross country champions (2001, 2002 and 2003) ... track team took state in 2003 ... won the 4A state mile race as a junior and senior ... won the state 800 meter race as a senior and took second as a junior ... took 10th at state in cross country junior year and second senior year ... also lettered in swimming.
