SENIOR - (2006): Competed in four meets ... won the SUU Color Country Invitational with a time of 23:48.77 in the 4.5 mile race ... finished fourth at the BYU Autumn Classic with a time of 20:14.40 in a four mile race ... also competed in the Roy Griak and the Idaho State Invitational ... earned Independent All-Academic honors. 

JUNIOR - (2005): Was named Independent Runner of the Week for finishing fourth at the BYU Autumn Classic and second at the Montana State Invitational ... ran a 20:31.5 at the four mile Autumn Classic and a 24.46 at the five mile Montana State Invite ... was the top Wolverine runner to cross the finish line at the Roy Griak Invitational by running a 25:32 in the 4.97 mile race ... ran a 25:58.03 at the Independent Championships.

Prepped at Provo High School ... in 1998 and 1999 was on cross country region championship team ... was on the state championship team in 1999 ... he was all-region and all-state for cross country ... also hold a 5k record at Kiwanis Park
