SENIOR - (2006): Competed in the Idaho State Invitational, BYU Autumn Classic and the Utah Fall Twilight Meet. 

JUNIOR - (2005): Cross Country- competed in five meets for the Wolverines ... ran at the BYU Autumn Classic, the Montana State Bobcat Invite, the Big Green Invite and the SUU Color Country Meet. 

SOPHOMORE - (2004): Track- ran a 13.54 in the 100 and 59.60 in the 400 at the Utah Valley-SUU Dual ... ran a 59.18 in the 400 at the BYU Invitational ... ran a 12.95 in the 100 and 25.88 in the 200 at the BYU Robison Invitational ... ran a 59.40 in the 400, 26.64 in the 200, and competed on the 4 X 400and 4 x 100 relays at the Independent Championships ... placed fourth in the 4 x 400 relay with a time of 59.20 at the Long Beach Invitational ... ran a 26.28 in the 200 and a 59.32 in the 400 at the Pomona Invitational ... ran a 58.60 in the Weber State Twilight Meet ... also competed on the 4 x 100 and 4 x 400relay teams.
