Junior (2017): Recorded two top-10 finishes on the year… finished ninth in the 5K at UC Riverside with a season-best time of 18:17.9… added another ninth-place finish in the 5K (18:22.7) in the Wolverines’ win at UNLV…

Sophomore (2016): Finished 51st in the 5K at the WAC Championships with a time 20:44.3…  helped squad to second straight WAC title… recorded a time of 19:46.6 to finish 191st in the 5K at the Notre Dame Invitational… placed 53rd in the 5K (20:14.46) in season opener at the Utah State Sagebrush Invitational.

Freshman (2013):Finished 33rd (21:32.9) at the Utah State Invitational in the 5k event and finished 43rd in the Color Canyon Invitational (17:14.8) in the 5k.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Highland High School in Gilbert, Ariz. ... qualified for and ran at the State Track and Cross Country meets her sophomore, junior and senior seasons ... won the State title in the 4x800m relay in 2011 ... helped lead her track and cross country teams to City Titles all four years, the cross country Section Championship in 2010, the Track Div. I State Runner-Up in 2012, fourth place finish in track at State in 2013, fifth in 2011, third at State in cross country in 2011 and fourth in cross country in both 2010 and 2012 ... also played basketball her freshman year.

Graduated from Highland HS in 2013 with a 3.8 GPA ... participated in choir, all-state choir, regional choir, orchestra and spirit squad in high school ... plans on majoring in Nursing at UVU ... her cousin Todd Heap played football at Arizona State and in the NFL for the Baltimore Ravens (2001-2010) and Arizona Cardinals (2011-2012) ... her cousin Danny White also played football at Arizona State as well as for the Dallas Cowboys ... cousins Brad Heap and Matthew Allen also played football at BYU ... also recruited by Utah, Pacific, and a number of other Division II, III, and NAIA schools ... parents are Paul and Mary Ann Riggs.
