FRESHMAN ~ (2019-20): 7-6 overall record (0-1 in duals) at 149 pounds before having his freshman season cut short due to an injury ... also went 0-1 against Big 12 Conference opponents ... placed third at the Colorado Mesa Open after going 4-1 at the tournament ... opened his collegiate career with a 3-2 outing at the Cowboy Open ... finished with an 0-2 showing at his first trip to the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational ... dropped his lone dual match of the season by injury default to No. 20 Greg Gaxiola of Fresno State ... tied for the team lead in pins with three ... won three bouts by fall, one by major decision and three by decision.
