FRESHMAN/COVID YEAR ~ (2020-21): Did not compete during the 2020-21 campaign due to injury. 

REDSHIRT ~ (2019-20): Redshirted the 2019-20 season for the Wolverines ... compiled a 6-6 record while competing unattached at 141 pounds ... earned a fourth-place finish at the Colorado Mesa open after going 4-2 at the tournament ... also picked up wins at the Reno Tournament of Champions as well as the Cowboy Open ... picked up three wins by fall, two by major decision and one by decision. 

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Pleasant Grove High School in nearby Pleasant Grove, Utah ... a four-time State qualifier and a three-time State placewinner for the Vikings ... also a team captain during his time at PGHS ... helped Pleasant Grove to a trio of State titles as well as a runner-up finish ... also helped PG with a pair of Dual State titles as well as four Divisional and Regional championships ... also played soccer in high school.
