JUNIOR (2019)

SOPHOMORE (2017)
Led Utah Valley to a WAC Tournament title and the team's second trip to the NCAA Tournament ... named WAC Tournament MVP ...  tallied a team-leading nine goals, six assists, and 24 points ... also had a team-best 75 shots, including 38 shots on goal ... tallied four game-winning goals on the season ... led the Wolverines to a second place finish in the WAC regular season standings with a 5-2-0 record ... named to the All-WAC first team ... also received academic all-WAC honors ... named to the United Soccer Coaches All-West Region Team.

FRESHMAN (2016)
Played in all 20 matches as a freshman … recorded 17 starts on the year … scored four goals including a two-goal game in a 6-2 win over UMKC (Oct. 22) … tallied four assists with a two-assist game in a 5-1 win at Idaho State (Sept. 18) … recorded a total of 12 points on the season … led the WAC with 67 total shots, including 23 of them on goal … connected on her only penalty kick of the season … was the only freshman in the WAC named to the All-WAC first team.

HIGH SCHOOL
DeWaal was one of 26 players invited to participate in the U-19 Women's National Team camp in March in northern California in 2016 ... was also just one of only nine high school players in the nation to be invited to the national team camp ... following the northern California camp in March, DeWaal was invited to participate in two more U-19 national team camps before making the cut as one of the 20 players selected to play in the U-19 team's first-ever international matches in New Zealand ... she played in two of the three matches in New Zealand this past June, helping her team to 2-0-1 unbeaten record ... prepped at Alta High School where she earned first-team all-state honors after leading the Hawks to a regional title in 2015 ... played club soccer for Utah Celtic FC.

PERSONAL
Born October 28, 1997 ... parents are Matt and Jolene DeWaal ... her father, Matt, biked around the world and set a record in the Guiness Book of World Records ... has one brother (Tanner) and two sisters (Danielle, Annie) ... undecided on major.
