Prepped at Spanish Fork High School ... won Region her junior and senior year, took second place in State her sophomore year, third place in the State her junior year, and placed first in State her senior year all in javelin ... her team won Region four years in a row and took State once ... also played soccer in high school, was her soccer team[apos]s team captain as a senior, won an MVP Award and Honorable Mention twice.
