SOPHOMORE ~ (2013): Did not compete in indoor or outdoor.

FRESHMAN ~ (2012): Placed fifth in the 1500m (4:14.70) at the UVU/USU Dual ... Finished fifth in the 1500m (4:09.65) at the UVU Collegiate. (INDOOR) Placed 12th in the mile (4:33.75) at the Boise State Team Challenge ... Finished ninth in the 4x400 (3:33.73) at the Bronco Invitational.

REDSHIRT ~ (2011): Was a redshirt in both indoor and outdoor.

Before Utah Valley...
Finished fifth in region in the 800m and third in the medley relay.

Graduated from Pleasant Grove HS in 2007 with a 3.7 GPA...Served an LDS Church mission to Hong Kong... Eagle Scout...Enjoys scuba diving, spearfishing, snowboarding and hunting... Plans to major in exercise science...Son of Brent and Diane Palmer.
