Sophomore (2025): Played in 45 games with 37 starts in first full season as a two-way player … made 36 appearances in the circle, 26 of which were starts … named third team All-Mountain region as Pitcher/Utility by the NFCA … led pitching staff with career-high 97 strikeouts in 139.1 innings … picked up 11 wins, most by a UVU pitcher since 2022 … struck out a career-high nine batters against Boise State on Feb. 8 … pitched complete game with one ER allowed while going 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs against SJSU on Feb. 9 … struck out seven in CG win over App State on Feb. 22 … picked up the win at BYU on April 1, the team’s first win in Provo since 2015 … hit first collegiate homer while also scoring career-high three runs in win over ACU on April 4 … drove in four runs at WAC Tournament … named to Academic All-District team.

Freshman (2024): Appeared in 27 games with 22 starts, with 26 appearances and 20 starts as a pitcher … earned WAC Pitcher of the Week honors after tossing two complete games, including a shutout, against SUU … first UVU freshman since 2011 to throw multiple complete game shutouts in a single season and second overall … posted a 4.88 ERA with 74 strikeouts in 113.1 IP … over final nine appearances, posted a team-best 1.64 ERA with 39 strikeouts in 51.1 IP … as a hitter, went 1-for-7 with a walk in three games … named to the PV College Challenge All-Tournament team after throwing complete game vs #5 Washington … earned win in come-from-behind victory over BYU on April 9 … tossed complete game shutouts against UTA and SUU … also threw complete games with one ER allowed against SFA, SUU, and UTA.

BEFORE UTAH VALLEY …
Prepped at Spanish Fork HS, where she was a three-time state champion … two-time Utah Softball Gatorade Player of the Year (2020-21, 2022-23), just the fourth multi-time winner in the history of the award … earned Deseret News Ms. Softball honors as a senior, as well as 5A Player of the Year and Playoff MVP honors as both a sophomore and junior … named MaxPreps second team All-American as a senior … hit 33 home runs with 125 RBIs in her HS career, with a 63-6 record in the circle … played club for UC Stix, UC Warriors, Lil Rebels Vern, and Lil Rebels Gordie.

Parents are Damian and Crysta Sapp … has two brothers (Jace and Bode) and one sister (Kaia) … father, Damian, played professional baseball in the Red Sox organization … birthday is March 29.
