Prepped at Taylorsville HS, where she was a four-year starter … as a senior, led 6A and was 4th overall in the state of Utah with a .611 batting average, with 13 HRs, 8 triples, and 8 doubles in 27 games played … was named first team All-State as a junior and All-State honorable mention as a sophomore … named All-Region all four years of HS … played club softball for USA Athletics Embrey … also played basketball in HS.
