Bailey Bailey

Bailey Bailey enters her second season as a volunteer assistant coach for Utah Valley.
 
In 2022, Bailey helped Utah Valley to a 14-5-3 overall record and a 9-1-1 mark in WAC play. UVU won the WAC regular season title and then earned the program's first-ever at-large bid into the NCAA Tournament. UVU made its fourth straight WAC Tournament championship appearance in 2022. The 14 wins tied the all-time UVU record for wins in a season. The 2022 Wolverines were one of the best offensive teams in the nation as the squad ranked third nationally in assists (59), ninth in goals (54), sixth in points (167), and 10th in scoring offense (2.45). The Wolverines broke numerous UVU single season records this season, including total assists (59), assists per game (2.68), and total shots (438). Utah Valley played one of the toughest schedules in UVU history in 2022 with four nationally ranked teams on its slate. UVU came out of those four games with a 1-2-1 record, which included a 4-2 road win over then-13th ranked BYU and a 0-0 tie against then-No. 23 UCF. 

Bailey served as an assistant coach at Salt Lake Community College where she helped guide the Bruins to a semifinal appearance at the NJCAA Tournament, a No. 5 national ranking, and a Region 18 championship.  
 
A Utah native, Bailey was a prep coach at Pleasant Grove High School where she earned the 2019 Utah Valley Coach of the Year. Bailey has extensive club coaching experience in Utah, coaching four years with Utah Arsenal FC and earning serving as Director of Coaching. She holds a USSF C License.
 
As a player, Bailey starred as a center midfielder for Iowa Western Community College, helping the program to the 2014 NJCAA runner-up spot. She also played with the Utah Arrows, a pro team in the WPSL.
