Maegan Hoyt enters her first year on Coach Atoa's staff as a student assistant coach a year after finishing an outstanding career at Utah Valley State in 2005.
Hoyt stabilzed the Wolverine defensive attack from 2003-2005 and her name is etched in the Wolverine record book. She is at the top of every digging record in school history. She led the Wolverines to an 18-11 overall record and Division IIndependent Tournament Championship in 2005 and was named D-I Independent "Co-Defensive Player of the Year."
She is currently finishing a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at UV.
