Mindee Graver was named Associate Athletic Director / Finance and Business operations for Utah Valley University Athletics in June 2026 after spending four years in the university travel office.
Most recently, Graver served as UVU’s travel manager, a role she held from January 2024 until moving to athletics. Before that, she worked as travel card coordinator from July 2022 until her promotion to manager.
A former student-athlete on the women’s soccer team from 1999-2000, Graver brings an athletics background to the role. She also served as a track and field coach and assistant soccer coach at Spanaway Lake High School in Washington while working as the school’s college and career counselor from 2018-22.
“Utah Valley University has shaped so much of my personal and professional journey, beginning with my time as a student-athlete on the soccer team,” Graver said. “Moving into athletics feels especially meaningful because it brings me back to where my UVU story started. I’m excited to continue serving the university, support our student-athletes and contribute to the future success of Wolverine Athletics.
“I’m also incredibly grateful for my time in Procurement and Travel, where I’ve had the opportunity to learn from amazing colleagues, build lasting friendships and grow both personally and professionally. The people I’ve worked alongside made even the hardest days meaningful and enjoyable, and I’ll always appreciate the support, knowledge and memories from that chapter of my career at UVU.”
Graver and her husband, Ben, a fellow UVU graduate, are the parents of five children, two girls and three boys. Originally from Washington state outside Seattle, she also lived in Pennsylvania for several years and is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. She currently resides in Orem with her husband and three of their children.
