OREM – Utah Valley State dropped 9 of 10 matches to visiting Boise State University Saturday afternoon and fell to the Broncos 31-4 in UVSC's final home dual of the season.

Mitch Morgan was Utah Valley's lone winner scoring a major decision, 15-7, over Nick Budeski. Morgan led from start to finish.

Morgan's decision ended a string of five straight wins by Boise State wrestlers. Bronco K.C. Walsh (197 lb) opened the dual with a 14-7 win over UVSC's Darren Cooper. Jacob McGinnis (hwt), Clint Wolfley (125 lb), Scott Jorgensen (133 lb) and Jesse Brock (141 lb) all followed with decision wins as Boise State took a 17-0 lead in the team score. McGinnis' win was a major decision.

Following Morgan's win, Boise State won the final four matches to earn the final 31-4 win. Utah Valley State's dual record dropped to 8-4 with the loss while Boise State's improved to 9-3.

UVSC closes out its inaugural NCAA season Thursday, February 26, at the University of Northern Colorado
