Utah Valley State will play its second straight in-state ranked opponent on Tuesday when the Wolverines travel to Salt Lake City to take on #12 Utah.

It will be the first of three matches this week for UV which has won four of its last five.

It will be the final match of the season against in-state opponents. The Wolverines are currently 2-2 against Utah schools with wins over Weber State and Dixie State. The losses came to Weber State and BYU.

Wolverine Update:
Utah Valley State is coming off of a loss against #19 BYU last Tuesday in the Shurian Family Activity Center.

Although the Cougars won in three games, the combined margin of victory in those games was just eight points.

Scouting the Opposition:
Utah: The Utes are 15-2 and in the midst of a school record 13-match winning streak after Saturday's sweep of TCU. Utah is a perfect 7-0 in Mountain West Conference action.

During their winning streak, the Utes have beaten 11 of the 13 opponents by virtue of a sweep, while the other two wins have come in four games. Their other two wins have also been sweeps, giving the Utes 13 sweeps in 15 wins.

Utah's only two losses came against #4 USC and #8 Florida.

The Wolverines will travel to take on South Dakota State in Brookings, SD before battling North Dakota State in Fargo, ND on Saturday.
