Orem, Utah - Utah Valley State will face its stiffest dual test as the Wolverines head to Texas for the Lonestar Duals.
UV will face powerhouse and No. 7 Oklahoma as well as Army and North Carolina at the dual event.
The Wolverines are 3-2 overall in duals this season and have won their last three duals. In its last dual, Utah Valley beat Portland State, 26-19 in Portland. Justin Morrill (141) and Marc Fenwick (174) pinned their opponents to give the Wolverines a boost.
UV will start Saturday morning at 8 a.m. (CST) when the Wolverines face off against North Carolina. At 10 a.m. Utah Valley will wrestle Army. After a break from the action in the afternoon, the Wolverines will go head-to-head with the Sooners at 6 p.m.
The Lonestar Duals act as a kickoff to the dual season for Utah Valley as the remainder of the Wolverines schedule will be dual meets.
Next week, UV will open its home dual and Western Wrestling Conference schedule when the Wolverines host Northern Colorado.
