With the Wolverines later holding a 21-12 advantage, Kansas City managed to piece together five straight points but the Wolverines answered with four unanswered points of their own to take the set by eight points. The Wolverines will close their home season on Monday at 7 p.m. against in-state foe Utah State. The non-conference contest will mark Senior Night for UVU, as five seniors will be honored prior to first serve.
