"Outside of a couple of miscues on set pieces, this was a good game," said Utah Valley head coach
Chris Lemay. "The score really wasn't an indication of how the game went. You have to give credit to Fullerton as they have an athletic team, had a good game plan and were well organized."

Â
"We really battled back and played hard in the second half," Lemay said. "It would have been easy for our players to throw in the towel but they didn't. I thought they played hard in the second half and that says a lot about this team. We're excited to come back home in front of a big crowd on Thursday night against Washington State."
