OREM—Utah Valley head coach
Todd Phillips has announced that four-star Wasatch Academy standout Osiris Grady has signed with Utah Valley and will play for the Wolverines this upcoming season.
Â
"Osiris is a tremendous get for us," said Phillips. "He has a big-time motor to go with his size. Osiris brings great length and athleticism to our team. He's a great kid who has played at the highest level of high school basketball. We couldn't be more excited to have him join the UVU family."
Â
Grady is a 6-foot-8, 215-pound forward from Las Vegas, Nevada. He played three seasons at Coronado High School before playing at Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah last season. The four-star recruit was ranked the No. 32-rated power forward in the Class of 2023 by ESPN and was ranked No. 87 in the 247Sports Top 150 Player Rankings.Â
Â
He averaged 5.5 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game for the Tigers last year in National Interscholastic Basketball Conference play (NIBC). He helped Wasatch Academy to a 7-5 record in the transcontinental basketball league.
Â
Grady will join the Wolverines for the 2023-24 season.
