Utah Valley heads to No. 19 Air Force and No. 18 Northern Colorado this weekend

OREM, Utah – Utah Valley wrestling hits the road this week for the final two road duals of the season. UVU will wrestle No. 19 Air Force (3-6, 1-5) on Friday, Feb. 9 at 7:00 p.m. MT and No. 18 Northern Colorado (8-5, 1-4) on Saturday, Feb. 10 at 6:00 p.m. MT.  The duals will air on FloWrestling, and live results will be available via TrackWrestling.

The Wolverines split a pair of duals last weekend with a 24-14 win over North Dakota State as Yusief Lillie, Kase Mauger, and No. 27 Haiden Drury picked up wins to aid UVU out to a 12-0 lead. After the Bison regained the lead after winning the next four bouts, it was Utah Valley that answered with wins by No. 28 Jacob Armstrong and No. 16 Evan Bockman before Chase Trussell capped the night with a sudden victory decision.

Utah Valley's Drury won the only match of the night against No. 11 South Dakota State. The Jackrabbits used victories by seven of their ranked wrestlers to earn the dual victory.
