OREM, Utah – Utah Valley women's basketball coach
Dan Nielson announced the signings of three players to the 2026 roster on Thursday afternoon. The three incoming freshmen will join UVU for their first season in the Big West Conference in 2026-27.
"We couldn't be happier with our incoming class. They bring skill sets and scoring abilities that will impact our success immediately," said UVU head coach

Gabi Moultrie – Guard – Wilsonville, Ore.
Moultrie enters her senior year at Wilsonville High School after averaging 21 points, 7.0 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game in 2024. She earned All-State honors from
The Oregonian in 2024 and is a two-time Northwest Oregon Conference Player of the Year. She also earned second-team All-State honors in 2023. Moultrie led the Wildcats to the state tournament in 2024, where she received All-Tournament honors. Overall, she has earned All-Conference recognition three times. She played club basketball with Northwest Blazers S/40/P24. Her sister, Olivia, currently plays for the Portland Thorns of the National Women's Soccer League.
Nielson on Moultrie: "Gabi is a huge addition to our program. Her ability to score in different ways will immediately improve our team. She has deep three-point range, is great from midrange and is physical and crafty around the basket. We are thrilled to add her to the family."
Olivia Stephens – Guard – Sandy, Utah
Stephens joins Utah Valley after a standout career at Brighton High School, where she was a three-time All-State selection for the Bengals, including first-team honors in 2024 after averaging 14 points and more than five rebounds per game. She helped Brighton make a run at the 2025 UHSAA state tournament. Stephens earned honorable mention All-State honors as a freshman and second-team All-State recognition as a sophomore. She also competed in track and field.
Nielson on Stephens: "We are so excited to have Liv join our program. Liv is a great point guard who can really push in transition and lock into people defensively. Her toughness and athleticism make her an excellent fit for us. We can't wait to get her on campus."
Tabi Clark – Guard / Forward – Pleasant Grove, Utah
Clark joins the Wolverines after playing at Pleasant Grove High School. She is a two-time All-State honoree, earning 6A honorable mention recognition in 2023-24 and 6A second-team honors in 2024-25. Clark led the Vikings in scoring the past two seasons, averaging 12.5 points per game in 2023-24 before increasing her production to 14.0 points per game in 2024-25. She posted a career-high 29 points and nine rebounds last season in a game against East and also scored 26, 23 and 21 points in games against Lehi, Layton and Lone Peak.
Nielson on Clark: "Our program is thrilled to add Tabi to the UVU family. Tabi is a dynamic scorer who can score in a multitude of ways. Her length and shooting will make an immediate impact next season. We can't wait for our fans to see her in action."
