The Utah Valley University women's golf team continues its spring season April 13-15 at the Bobcat Desert Classic at Golf Club of Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The Bobcat Desert Classic will consist of 54 holes of stroke play over three days with 18 holes played each day. Play begins Monday with a 7:30 a.m. MST shotgun start and will continue Tuesday and Wednesday at the same time.

TOURNAMENT FIELD
The 13-team field includes California Baptist, Eastern Washington, Idaho, Idaho State, Montana, Montana State, North Dakota State, Portland State, Seattle U, Utah Valley, Utah Tech, Weber State, and Wyoming.

COURSE INFORMATION
Golf Club of Estrella will play at 6,218 yards and par 72 for the tournament.

TEAM UVU
Utah Valley's lineup this week features Chloe Jang, Maria Ortiz, Pati Uluave, Rylie Rodriguez, and Valentina Zuleta, with Alyssa Butterfus competing as an individual. All six Wolverines will tee off at 8:30 a.m. MT in Monday's opening round.

LAST TIME OUT
Chloe Jang and Valentina Zuleta each fired final-round 1-under-par 71s to lead Utah Valley at the Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational in St. George. Jang tied for ninth with a three-round score of 5-over-par 221, while Zuleta tied for 16th at 9-over-par 225. As a team, Utah Valley finished fourth in the nine-team field with a three-round total of 42-over-par 906.

Following this week's event, Utah Valley will prepare for the 2026 Western Athletic Conference Championship.
