Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets … WAC champion and school record-holder in the 400m … also took 3rd at WAC Championships with 4x400m relay team to earn first team All-WAC … also earned second team All-WAC in the 200m with a time of 24.16 … 
Outdoor: Competed in eight meets … qualified for NCAA Regionals in the 400mh, where she set a school record with a time of 57.73 … also set the outdoor 400m record to win the WAC title with a time of 53.67 … took second at WAC Championships with the 4x100 and 4x400 teams … earned second team All-WAC honors with sixth place finish in the 200m.

2022-23
Outdoor: Competed in eight meets during outdoor season ... part of winning 4x400 squad at the Utah-WSU Spring Classic and also finished third in the 300 ... ninth in the 400mH at the BYU Robison Invitational ... 20th in the 400 at the WAC Outdoor Championships. 
Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets as a freshman ... fourth place in the 300 at the BYU December Invite ... second in the 400 and sixth in the 200 at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational ... fourth in the 200 at the Weber State Indoor ... part of winning 4x400 squad at the Stacy Dragila Open and second in the 400 ... part of winning 4x400 squad at WSU Open ... finished seventh in the 400 at the WAC Indoor Championships.

Attended South Kitsap HS in Port Orchard, Washington ... 300-meter hurdles state champion ... school-record holder in the 300mH and 400m ... SPSL Female Athlete of the Year ... helped team to second place finish at State Championships ... member of 4x400 and 4x200 state champion squads ... part of group that holds that school record in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 ... also was on the swim team.
