Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets and finished in the top eight in each of the seven races she contested ... runner-up to teammate Morgan Nokes at the WAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000 and also finished third in the 5,000 ... third in both the mile and 5k at the Mountain States Games ... fourth in the 3,000 at the BYU Indoor Invite and the Weber State Invite.
Outdoor: Took fourth place in both the 5k and 10k at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Orem to help the women's team to an outdoor conference championship ... eighth in the 1500 at the Utah Tech Invite ... finished 29th in a stacked field at the Stanford Invitational. 

2022-23
Cross Country: Competed in five races as a true freshman, including part of the first squad to compete at the NCAA Championships ... won the SUU Color Country Invitational ... ninth at the UVU Invitational ... took 17th at the WAC Championships ... 32nd at the NCAA Mountain Region Championships ... finished 198th at the NCAA Championships while helping the team to a 26th-place finish as a team. 
Indoor: Competed in six meets during indoor season ... sixth in the 3,000 at the BYU December Invite ... fourth in the mile at the Weber State Indoor ... sixth in the 3k at the Stacy Dragila Open ... finished seventh at the WAC Championships in the 5k and was 10th in the 3k. 
Outdoor: Competed in five meets during outdoor season ... third place finish in the 5,000 at the Utah Tech Invitational ... eighth in the 5,000 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic ... finished ninth at the WAC Championships in the 5k.
