PRIOR TO UTAH VALLEY …

Played final two years of HS at West Jordan HS after playing freshman and sophomore season at West HS in Salt Lake … helped lead WJHS to its first-ever state championship as a senior, also the first by any of the school’s girl’s sports … was named to the 6A first team as a freshman … as a senior, hit .390 with 8 home runs, 4 doubles, and 21 RBIs … most recently played her club softball for Firecrackers Vines.

Parents are Paul and Mele Fifita … has one brother, Leaine … comes from a long line of college and professional athletes in her extended family, including the Sewell and Nacua brothers that play in the NFL, as well as Chloe and Thessa Maluulu, who played D-I softball at UCLA, Duke, and Mississippi State … plans to major in computer science … birthday is Jan. 27.
