At Utah Valley University ...

SENIOR ~ (2017-18): 1-2 overall record at 197 pounds ... battled through a number of injuries during his senior campaign ... posted a 1-2 outing at the Clarion Open in Clarion, Pennsylvania in November ... picked up his victory over Pittsburgh-Johnstown's Nate Claar via a 9-6 decision ... earned First Team Academic All-Big 12 honors.  

JUNIOR ~ (2016-17): 0-3 overall record at 184 pounds ... battled through a number of injuries all year long ... competed at his first Big 12 Championship and posted an 0-2 record ... also registered an 0-1 record in his lone other match at the UVU Open after having to take an injury default in overtime. 

REDSHIRT ~ (2015-16): Redshirted the 2015-15 season after suffering a season-ending injury at the opening tournament of the season ... registered a 1-2 record at the Eastern Michigan Open before sustaining the injury ... defeated Eastern Michigan's Derek Schultz by decision (8-5) ... earned one win by decision on the year. 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2014-15): 2-4 overall record (0-2 duals) at 184 pounds ... named to the WWC All-Academic Team ... posted a 2-2 record at the season-opening Clarion Open with wins over Pitt's Ryan McMullan (7-4) and Ryan Winslow of unattached (7-5) ... dropped his lone two dual matches of the season to Boise State's Cody Dixon and No. 8 Blake Stauffer of Arizona State before sustaining a season ending injuy ... won both of his bouts on the season by decision. 

FRESHMAN ~ (2013-14): 12-11 overall record (0-1 duals) ... named to the WWC All-Academic Team ... went 3-2 at the U.S. Western National Open on Feb. 23 ... posted 2-2 records at three separate tournaments (the Colorado Mesa Open, the Eastern Michigan Open, and the UVU Open) ... took on Northern Colorado's Nick Bayer on Feb. 12 in his lone dual match of the season and dropped a 6-1 decision ... picked up four wins on the season by major decision and six by decision.
